Meet Our Coaches.

Coach Keyana

I am Keyana Thomas,  Co-Owner & Co-Founder of the North Collinwood ThunderCats All Star cheerleading squad.  I have over 20 years of experience coaching cheerleading and I am currently a level 2 CERTIFIED CHEER & TUMBLING COACH. My past cheer experience includes coaching for Cleveland Muny League as a head coach of the Termite division & serving as head coach of Euclid Central Middle School. 

In addition to being a Co-Founder, I currently serve as head coach of our tiny team.  As a coach & program owner, I have the pleasure of being able to lead, encourage and mentor my current coaches & the athletes. I’m excited to see what every season brings & to celebrate the organization’s growth with my coaches, athletes & parents.  

Coach Daina

I am Daina White,  Co-Owner & Co-Founder of the North Collinwood ThunderCats All Star cheerleading squad.

Having previously served as head coach for the Cats, our youth/intermediate team, I’m excited that our program has grown so much that I’ve been able to pass the spirit stick.  Currently, I assist with program planning and development as well as grant writing for NCT.

My previous experience includes serving as a cheer coach for the Cleveland Muny Football League and as a head coach for John Hay High School. For 20 years I've enjoyed coaching & mentoring.

I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to work with the youth and families in our community. I am dedicated to helping our young people become the best versions of themselves on and off the mat.

I am looking forward to reaching even greater heights in the upcoming years.

Coach Justine

Justine is a coach of the Cats/Cougars. Justine began her cheer career at 5 and has been coaching with NCT for 4 years. She went to OU for Interior Architecture and owns her own design business and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. In her free time, she loves to travel, read, listen to music and is a proud dog mom! Justine’s favorite part about coaching is seeing the progression in the girls skill wise and mentally throughout the season. Coaching the girls is her favorite part of the week.

Coach Cherelle

Cherelle is a Cubs coach, she loves working with children of all ages. She has cheered since the age of 6 years old and is also a former cheerleader of NCT (2010). When she is not coaching the team, she is pursuing her masters degree in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health counseling at John Carroll University. Her favorite thing to do with the girls is conditioning and giving pep talks during competitions and practices.

Coach Marjani

My name is Marjani Brown and I am excited to get started on a new season! I have been coaching with NCT for 8 years. I have 19 years of cheer experience. I cheered for Sim's Raider's muny league, Euclid High School, and NCT. I have a strong passion for cheerleading and love working with young children. My goal is to help them learn, grow, and become more confident while they fall in love with the sport, as I have. 

Coach Ebony

My name is Ebony Delaney. I’ve been coaching with NCT for 6 years. I have 16 years of cheer experience under my belt. Also, I am a former Flyer on Euclid’s cheer squad. I believe everybody has potential and with guidance and structure you will be nothing short of amazing. My intent is to help your child make and achieve realistic goals. Cheer is my passion and pushing your child to their fullest potential is my goal.
